Both the Hotchkiss chassis number and registration (211-2051)stamped on the frame indicate that it was built in 1961. According to my database it should have been given the army no. 14,156 but was probably issued initially to the air force. The army records show they received it in 1963 which correlates with the number 22195 that they gave it in which case it would have actually been registered as 231-2158.
